Job summary

RHA Health Services is hiring a Group Home Manager to supervise Direct Support staff and oversee operations for 1–3 residential facilities offering non-ICF services. You will coordinate care, monitor shifts, and ensure high-quality support for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health/substance use challenges.

You will collaborate with clinical teams to implement person-centered plans, conduct staff feedback, and manage audits, training, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability.
• CPR after certification; first aid and other certifications are a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Working with clinical staff to maintain communication and implement person-centered plans.
• Supervise Direct Support employees and coordinate activities across shifts.
• Provide audits for medication administration.
• Resolve employee issues and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure training requirements are met and events attended.
• Monitor select budget items and stay within guidelines.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of care rotation.
