Job summary

Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi is seeking a Group Experience Consultant to serve as the primary contact for assigned Groups, delivering proactive support and resolving inquiries. You will coordinate meetings, educate members on benefits, and ensure accurate, timely communications across groups and agents.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in healthcare/insurance, and strong presentation and office software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.
• Two years or more of experience as an Account Representative or similar role in healthcare or insurance.
• Intermediate proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned Group, building a strong relationship with Group Leaders and their Agents as the “go to” for inquiries and day-to-day support.
• Coordinate and conduct in-person/virtual meetings, including preparing materials for New Group Welcome, Open Enrollment, and Benefit/Health Fair.
• Provide hands-on support to coordinate issue resolution with accurate and complete responses to Members.
• Research inquiries to determine appropriate resolution.
• Maintain accounts for each Group and escalate to management when needed.
• Generate and compile reports for benefits utilization and service inquiries.
