Job summary

Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi is seeking a Group Experience Consultant in Mississippi. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned Groups, coordinating meetings and delivering accurate, timely responses to Members and Groups.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 2+ years in account representation within healthcare or insurance, with strong MS Office skills and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.
• Two years or more of experience as an Account Representative or similar role in healthcare or insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary contact for assigned Group and their Agents, providing day-to-day support.
• Coordinates and conducts in-person/virtual meetings, including materials for Open Enrollment and health fairs.
• Responds with accurate, timely resolutions and escalates when needed to management.
• Performs account administration and maintains group relationships.
• Generates reports on benefits utilization and service inquiries.
