Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in sales coordination, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and sales support activities.
• Coordinate and manage sales inquiries, proposals, contracts, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and sales data.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless event and group booking execution.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide timely information and resolve any issues.
• Support the planning and execution of sales events and promotional activities.
• Track and monitor sales leads and opportunities to assist in achieving sales targets.
