Job summary

Hyatt Place Madison/Downtown is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Director of Sales with administrative duties, client coordination, and event planning. The role involves account management, presentation prep, and coordinating with operations to ensure high customer satisfaction.

The candidate will work with Envision, Opera, and other Hyatt tools, assisting in selling guestrooms and meeting services while maintaining accurate files and records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client needs and client events.
• Maintain files and organization of office records.
• Assist in selling guestrooms and meeting rooms as needed.
• Coordinate communication with other departments per Director of Sales.
• Prepare Banquet Event Orders and weekly meeting prep.
• Attend Weekly Revenue Meetings and Operations shift meetings as needed.
• Follow up on proposals, contracts, appointments, and tasks.
• Conduct site inspections and solicit new business.
• Manage room setup and service for meetings as required.
• Maintain Envision system data entries daily.
