Job summary

HNTB is seeking a senior leader to direct and supervise a large toll technology group, coordinating project priorities, staffing schedules, and staff assignments to ensure clients nationwide receive the capabilities they need. You will plan, organize, develop, and maintain technical programs in the discipline and ensure efficient, productive utilization of staff to deliver high-quality service.

• Extensive supervision of a large group across multiple disciplines.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and staff assignments for nationwide clients.
• Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience in the field (or 16 years without degree).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational supervision to a large multi-discipline group.
• Meet targets for technical, administrative, direct labor and schedule objectives.
• Develop, grow and drive professional development of the full technical group.
• Build strong client relationships to generate opportunities for new work.
• Set goals, monitor performance, and provide ongoing leadership and feedback.
• Recruit, hire, and retain staff with succession planning.
• Lead a team of 25–40+ employees across multiple projects.
