Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking an Associate Account Director to lead fashion and apparel client portfolios. You will translate data into client narratives, drive growth, and align marketing with revenue objectives across paid social, influencer, SEO, and lifecycle initiatives.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, balance creative velocity with performance, and coach junior staff while maintaining strong client relationships and a focus on retention and growth.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in fashion, apparel, or DTC marketing with client relationships experience.
• Understanding how creative strategy and media strategy interact.
• Familiar with influencer and UGC ecosystem.
• Comfortable with DTC economics: CAC, LTV, repeat rate, and cohort behavior.
• Understands Meta-heavy media mixes and measurement challenges.
• Experience in seasonal marketing environments and staying strategic during high volume.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate data into client narratives under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of fashion accounts; serve as the primary strategic partner and align efforts with business objectives.
• Lead weekly client calls and manage performance narratives across accounts.
• Coordinate paid social, influencer, creative, SEO, and lifecycle teams around a unified strategy.
• Support quarterly strategy, renewal prep, and service expansion conversations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention and growth.
