Power Digital Marketing is seeking a senior fashion marketing lead to own a portfolio of fashion accounts and guide growth through creative and media strategy, influencer campaigns, and data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with internal teams across paid search, social, SEO, email, and creative to deliver measurable outcomes; oversee renewals, retention, and expansion; and mentor analysts in a flexible, fully remote-friendly environment.

Formación

• 6+ years in fashion or apparel marketing (agency or brand side).
• Understanding of how creative and media strategy interact and influence outcomes.
• Fluency in influencer and user-generated content ecosystems and scaling without losing brand control.
• Comfort with DTC-first brands and CAC, LTV, repeat rate, margin by channel considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem within your department.
• Conduct quarterly Power Circuit reviews to diagnose growth constraints across Business, Audience, Product, Messaging, Channels, and Measurement; monitor creative performance and cohort retention.
• Maintain understanding of fashion business fundamentals including pricing, merchandising, and multi-channel distribution (DTC, wholesale, retail, marketplaces).
• Own the senior client relationship; connect creative and campaign decisions to business outcomes in QBRs.
• Coordinate paid search, paid social, influencer, SEO, email, and creative teams; align functions in fashion where collaboration is key.
• Consult on customer retention strategy: repeat purchase rate, LTV by cohort, loyalty mechanics.
• Manage retention and expansion; lead renewals; grow monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
• Build multi-threaded relationships with client contacts to mitigate risk of turnover.
• Ensure daily use of Iris and nova, Pulse, and Power Circuit by the team across managed ads.
• Coach and provide direct feedback to analysts and specialists.
