Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a senior leader to manage fusepoint, Power Digital's Strategy and Measurement team. You will own executive relationships, drive retention and growth, and oversee AI-powered measurement initiatives across a portfolio of complex omnichannel brands.

You will coach Account Directors, shape go-to-market offerings, and ensure MMM and incrementality insights translate into strategic decisions that protect budgets and maximize client value.

Qualifications

• Department leadership and management experience required.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a digital marketing agency with AD level oversight.
• Measurement expertise: MMM, incrementality and data-driven strategy.
• Experience managing P&L and driving profitable growth.
• Strong ability to present to C-suite and drive client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own net revenue retention and churn targets for fusepoint.
• Lead executive relationships and quarterly strategic plans for top accounts.
• Guide cross-functional teams of data scientists, media planners, and marketers.
• Translate MMM and incrementality results into actionable business decisions.
• Drive go-to-market strategy and client case studies with Account Directors.
