Responsibilities

• Own net revenue retention MRR for Fusepoint and treat retention as the primary commercial lever.
• Diagnose risk early, lead quarterly measurement plans, and own resolution of escalations.
• Set the standard for measurement strategy across Fusepoint client work, including MMM and incrementality testing.
• Directly manage Account Directors and coach them to operate as AI-Native Growth Directors.
• Evaluate team on Pulse sentiment, health scores, and expansion; hold Pulse completion at 100%.
• Own hiring, staffing, and career pathing; practice radical candor and deliver actionable feedback.

Job description

• Diagnose risk early, lead quarterly measurement plans, and own resolution of escalations.

Measurement and Strategy Leadership:

• Set the standard for measurement strategy across fusepoint client work, including MMM and incrementality testing.
• Make sure Account Directors connect product, audience, and media plans to measurement tied to business outcomes.
• Present alternative methodologies to skeptical finance and C-suite stakeholders and push back when data supports it.

Team Leadership and Talent:

• Directly manage Account Directors and coach them to operate as AI-Native Growth Directors.
• Evaluate team on Pulse sentiment, health scores, and expansion; hold Pulse completion at 100%.
• Own hiring, staffing, and career pathing; practice radical candor and deliver actionable feedback.
