Job summary

ALG Vacations, part of Hyatt, is seeking a Group Build Specialist to support the Groups Sales and Service Teams. You will manage group dashboards, verify price components, and help resolve rate discrepancies while aligning with leaders to optimize system efficiencies.

You will work with Salesforce, Excel, and other systems to document groups, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely updates and pricing accuracy across our brands.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with Salesforce and DocuSign a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, multi-tasking and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Build and test group dashboards and pricing components in the system.
• Document new groups in Salesforce for tracking.
• Respond to inquiries with timely, excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure dashboards and requests are completed within 24–42 hours.
• Maintain dashboards by updating group inventory and pricing; cancel inventory as needed after sales input.
• Troubleshoot pricing discrepancies and booking errors.
• Attend training sessions to learn product knowledge and support various projects.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes.
