Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an on-site Insurance Administration Assistant to support brokers with product solutions, client data maintenance and communications with carriers. You will assist with enrollment materials, policy changes and billing statements, ensuring timely updates and accuracy across files.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in the insurance industry, strong Excel skills, and a college degree or equivalent. On-site collaboration and client service are key components of this role.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in the insurance industry preferred.
• Experience with client accounts and policy service.
• College degree or equivalent education and insurance designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Brokers/Agents with product solutions and client data files.
• Coordinate information between Brokers and Carriers.
• Prepare RFPs, send to carriers and document proposals.
• Generate quotes and assist with product enrollment using website tools.
• Maintain client and broker files, policies and related correspondence.
