Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Group Benefits Specialist to support brokers with product solutions and customer service. You will maintain client data, assist with administrative, marketing, and underwriting tasks, and liaise with selected insurance carriers.

The role involves coordinating information between broker and carriers, preparing RFPs, and assisting with enrollment materials and policy changes. Strong MS Office skills and 1–3 years in insurance are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in insurance industry with knowledge of group employee benefit products.
• Experience administering, servicing and overseeing client accounts and policy service.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; articulate and professional.

Responsibilities

• Assist Brokers/Agents with product solutions and customer service issues.
• Maintain client data files and support accounts with administrative, marketing and underwriting resources.
• Coordinate product information between broker and carriers; prepare and follow up on RFPs.
