You will navigate carrier portals, Salesforce and internal systems, collaborate with Licensed Benefits Advisors, and leverage AI tools to improve accuracy, speed, and communications across teams.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months to 2 years of professional work experience in healthcare, health insurance, finance, or a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Salesforce; AI tools mastery expected.
• Data-driven with a track record of meeting KPIs and high data accuracy.
• Strong background in high-volume data entry and deadlines.
• Excellent cross-team communication with external partners.
• Adaptable, problem-solver who handles ambiguity.
• Self-motivated, autonomous yet collaborative.

• End-to-End Enrollment: manage intake, submission, and confirmation of group health insurance selections.
• Carrier Liaison: master carrier portals and requirements to process orders.
• Eligibility & Compliance: review data against eligibility standards to mitigate errors.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Licensed Benefits Advisors and customer teams.
• Resolution Management: primary contact for follow-up requests from carriers and changes.
• Process Optimization: identify opportunities to improve workflow and accuracy.
