Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of professional work experience in healthcare, health insurance, or startups.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Salesforce; AI tools mastery expected.
• Data-driven mindset with KPI focus.
• High-volume data entry and processing under tight deadlines.
• Excellent cross-team communication with external partners.
• Adaptable, navigate ambiguity and pivot quickly.
• Self-motivated, work autonomously and with teams.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Enrollment: manage intake, submission, and confirmation of group health insurance.
• Carrier Liaison: master carrier portals and requirements to process orders.
• Eligibility & Compliance: review data against eligibility standards to prevent errors.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Licensed Benefits Advisors and Benefits Care.
• Resolution Management: act as primary contact for follow-up requests from carriers.
• Process Optimization: identify opportunities to increase team efficiency.
• Expert Communication: provide clear guidance on healthcare enrollment.
