Job summary

Responsibilities

• Complete MetLife learning and training, including Service Academy program.
• Work with a mentor to learn products, platforms and services.
• Develop understanding of Group Benefits products, services and systems.
• Build service competencies in communication, customer service and relationships.
• Support assigned customers using MetLife processes and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Participate in client audits and strategic planning.
• Generate reports to track activities, identify trends and progress.
• Use approved AI tools to draft, summarize, organize information and improve efficiency.
• Evaluate AI outputs with guidance.
