Inszone Insurance Services is seeking a Benefits Account Manager to support the sale of employee benefits and deliver service for customers. This full-time, onsite role focuses on changes, updates, and value-added services while exemplifying performance and professionalism for staff.

Note: This role supports the sale of employee benefits (not HR administration). Offices are located through Inszone Insurance Services locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and calm written and verbal communication, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Well-organized planning and operations.
• Team collaboration with positive energy in the workplace.
• Comfort with using portals and software; ability to build enrollment materials in Excel/PowerPoint.

• Some understanding of the group renewal cycle and related admin tasks.
• Fast starter who can learn new knowledge quickly.
• Senior staff should model professionalism for the team.

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes and respond to enquiries with professionalism and timeliness.
• Answer client questions regarding payments and notices.
• Process endorsements for clients.
• Manage a diverse book of house accounts.
• Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
• Support designated staff.
• Review and respond to renewal activities.
• Follow up and see tasks through to completion.
• Always protect the best interest of both company and customer.
