Job summary

BI WORLDWIDE in Minneapolis is seeking eight Temporary Group Air Coordinators to join the Event Solutions Group. You will manage group air travel requests, ticketing, traveler assistance, and reporting in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely communication and strong customer service.

This role focuses on airline reservations, schedule management, and data-driven solutions with flexibility for overtime to meet deadlines and client needs, from December 2026 through March 2027.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to balance multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Some previous business experience with air travel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage participant air travel requests and needs.
• Monitor airline ticketing queues and itineraries.
• Route passengers to group destination utilizing negotiated fares.
• Manage credit card payment processing and collections.
• Field and manage attendee air travel questions via phone and email.
• Partner with account teams and customers during planning meetings.
• Work within Lenos registration site to ensure accurate data of flight schedules and generate reporting.
• Abide by BIW and customer corporate registration and security guidelines.
• Work overtime and non-traditional hours to meet deadlines and customer requests.
