Job summary

One10, LLC is seeking a Group Air Specialist to manage airline reservations and ticketing for meeting and event programs while controlling budgets and improving efficiencies. You will handle domestic and complex international itineraries, maintain traveler profiles, and generate reports.

The role requires a 4-year degree or 3+ years travel agency experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and knowledge of Apollo GDS and Cvent.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a travel or event setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for attendee coordination.
• 4-year degree and/or 3+ years travel agency experience preferred.
• Apollo GDS knowledge required.
• Cvent Registration System knowledge preferred.
• Remote work-friendly environment and delivering high-quality service.
• Base pay disclosed as maximum $28.85 USD per hour.

Responsibilities

• Act as Air Lead on assigned programs, handling 800# calls and emails from travelers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cvent and Apollo GDS, including Profiles, Scripts, Galileo Groups and Queue maintenance.
• Book and issue airline tickets (domestic and complex international) per program requirements.
• Collect credit card information for travel purchases and extensions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to program details.
• Create custom reports (arrival/departure manifests) and update registrations in Cvent.
