Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts is seeking a Groundsperson to support crews by performing ground-based tasks, clearing brush and trees, and assisting with site clean-up. A valid Driver's License and CDL preferred are required.

Responsibilities include safe operation of tools, loading materials, traffic control, and assisting with storm restoration work as needed. This full-time role offers health insurance and 401K options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or education equivalent preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Must have a valid Driver's License (CDL class B w/air brakes or class A preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and enforce safe practices.
• Clear debris and operate hand tools to trim brush and trees.
• Load/unload logs and feed brush into brush chipper.
• Set up road signs and flag traffic.
• Drive truck and perform basic maintenance on trucks/equipment.
• Storm work duties as needed.
