Landmark Properties is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the landscape and the interior/exterior image of the community. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and daily property upkeep to support resident satisfaction.

You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor, work independently, and help with trash outs, notices, inspections, and safety procedures, while adhering to Landmark Policies.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Keep the property litter free.
• Assist with unit trash outs.
• Deliver notices.
• Report time and attendance.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
• Understand, communicate, and enforce community safety, emergency, and fire evacuations policies and procedures.
• Document and report behaviors of residents that violate the lease agreement to the Community Manager.
• Inspect the physical condition of the property and report problems.
