Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Groundskeeper in Grapevine, TX to maintain exterior areas, amenity spaces, and leasing office exteriors. You will perform grounds work, assist in make-readies, and coordinate with the maintenance team to keep the property inviting and safe for residents.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, with 1–3 months related experience and basic Microsoft Office knowledge. The role requires working outdoors with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds work as directed, including trash pickup, cleaning, and debris removal.
• Clean breezeways, wipe down doors and handrails, and power wash areas.
• Perform basic landscaping: trimming, pruning, watering, irrigation checks.
