Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods; occasional lifts up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community to keep common areas clean and presentable.
• Remove trash and prepare vacant apartments for turnover.
• Address routine service requests and assist with the turnover process.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates function safely.
• Distribute notices to residents and report hazards.
• Provide courteous resident support and handle complaints about maintenance.
