Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat.
• Removes trash and cleans storage areas before making units ready for turnover.
• Completes routine service requests and assists the make-ready process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool gates are functioning per codes and safety standards.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisors of hazards.
