Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Associate to ensure the physical upkeep of our community, grounds, and amenities. You will support the service team in maintaining curb appeal and completing routine tasks, while prioritizing safety and resident satisfaction.

The role is on-site in a Greystar-managed community, with hourly pay between $19.00 and $21.00, plus eligibility for bonus programs. Benefits and company policies apply to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on the property.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep common areas and amenities neat and litter-free.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and assist with the make-ready process.
• Complete routine service requests as directed by supervision and assist the make-ready team.
• Maintain locks and ensure pool area gates meet safety standards.
• Distribute notices and communicate with residents as needed.
