Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Associate to help keep the community grounds and amenities clean and in good repair, while supporting the service team. You will perform make-ready tasks, assist with turnover, and ensure gates and safety systems meet policy and code requirements.

Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, maintaining storage areas, and communicating hazards to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and ensure neat common areas.
• Cleans and maintains storage areas and vacant units before turnover.
• Completes routine service requests and assists make-ready during turnover.
• Locks changes and pool area gate safety compliance.
• Distributes notices to residents and communicates with supervisors on hazards.
• Demonstrates customer service by addressing resident questions and concerns.
• Follows OSHA and safety-related training and policy requirements.
