Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Associate to keep community grounds and amenities clean and safe. You will support service teams, handle routine repairs, and assist with making units ready for new residents at our Phoenix properties.

Attention to safety and quality is essential, with opportunities to interact with residents and contribute to a positive living environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property maintenance or facilities preferred.
• Ability to perform routine repairs and coordinate with service team.
• Basic safety awareness and ability to follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep grounds and amenities clean and presentable.
• Perform make-ready tasks and assist with turnover of vacant units.
• Handle trash removal, storage cleaning, and minor repairs as requested by supervisor.
• Assist with safety inspections and report hazards promptly.
• Provide courteous resident interactions and respond to maintenance requests.
