Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a hands-on maintenance team member to care for a residential community in Houston. You will inspect grounds, remove litter, handle make-ready tasks, and assist the service team to maintain curb appeal and safety.

Role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. You’ll follow safety policies and provide responsive, courteous service to residents.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach and carry objects.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep common areas neat and litter-free.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and assist with the make-ready process.
• Complete routine service requests and assist the make-ready specialist in turnover.
• Change locks and ensure pool gates operate per codes and safety standards.
• Distribute notices and communications to residents as needed.
• Inform supervisors of hazards or potentially dangerous situations.
• Provide courteous resident service and respond to maintenance complaints.
• Attend safety meetings and complete OSHA training as required.
