Qualifications

• Inspects for litter, debris and hazards throughout the day.
• Performs minor service requests and supports turnover processes.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area safety per codes.
• Communicates with residents and responds to maintenance questions.
• Follows safety policies and OSHA-related training.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and maintain neat common areas.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and prepares units for turnover.
• Completes routine service requests as directed by supervision.
• Ensures locks work and pool gates meet safety standards.
• Distributes notices to residents and reports hazards.
• Provides courteous, responsive customer service to residents.
• Attends safety meetings and adheres to safety procedures.
