Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site maintenance professional in Houston to ensure the physical community is well maintained, clean, and compliant with safety standards. You will support the service team, assist with unit turns, and respond to routine maintenance requests to keep residents satisfied.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. This full-time position offers competitive benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with/without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to keep grounds and amenities neat and inviting.
• Removes trash and cleans vacant units to support the make-ready process.
• Fulfills routine service requests and assists the make-ready team.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates meet safety codes.
• Communicates hazards to supervisors and residents as needed.
• Demonstrates customer service by handling resident inquiries and complaints.
