Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Groundskeeper in Fort Worth, TX to maintain the grounds, amenities, exteriors, and leasing office at multifamily communities. You will perform landscaping, cleaning, preventive maintenance, and coordinate with the maintenance team to keep the property in top condition.

Responsibilities include trash handling, power washing, painting, and making-ready units, while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk, stand, climb stairs or ladders and access various areas of the property.
• Must be able to operate maintenance tools such as mowers, trimmers, blowers and irrigation systems.
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, nights, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete grounds work including cleaning dumpster areas, blowing parking areas, removing debris and power washing.
• Thoroughly clean breezeways, mop floors, and wipe doors/handrails.
• Execute basic landscaping: trimming, watering, irrigation monitoring and debris removal.
• Assist in make-ready units by removing trash from vacant apartments.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and document activities, communicating with residents and team members.
• Report supply needs and maintain shop organization.
• Collaborate with maintenance team and external contractors to ensure property upkeep.
• Assess safety and cleanliness to meet regulatory standards.
