Job summary

RPM Living is hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and grounds of multifamily communities. This on-site role covers landscaping, cleaning, painting, and assisting with make-ready units, with a focus on resident safety and property upkeep.

You will collaborate with the maintenance team, document activities, and communicate with residents and supervisors. The position offers on-site work, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

Responsibilities

• Complete grounds work as directed by Maintenance Manager and/or Community Manager, including trash collection, cleaning dumpster areas, and power washing
• Thoroughly clean breezeways, mop floors, power wash, and wipe down doors/handrails
• Perform basic landscaping: trimming/pruning, watering, irrigation checks, remove dead branches
• Assist in make-ready units: remove trash from vacant apartments before occupancy
• Conduct preventive maintenance to uphold property quality
• Document maintenance activities and communicate with residents and team members
• Report supply needs and maintain shop organization
• Collaborate with maintenance team and contractors for seamless property upkeep
• Assess safety/cleanliness to meet regulations and resident well-being
• Maintain grounds cleanliness, deliver notices, and assist with interior/exterior painting

Education
