• Experience in property maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred.
• Ability to maintain community appearance and curb appeal.
• Strong teamwork with Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Work with Maintenance Supervisor to complete tasks ensuring appearance and operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of common areas, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots.
• Assist in preparing vacant apartments for move-in and handle resident service requests as directed.
