Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance position to ensure the physical community remains well-kept, with attention to grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. The role supports the service team and contributes to a positive resident experience.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance tasks, handling make-ready work, safety compliance, and responsive service to resident requests, all while upholding Greystar’s safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding the grounds, amenities and overall curb appeal.
• Maintains cleanliness of common areas, amenities, and makes-ready spaces.
• Responds to routine service requests and safety concerns with a proactive approach.
• Demonstrates customer service by assisting residents and addressing inquiries respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready.
• Completes routine service requests and assists the make-ready specialist.
• Changes locks and ensures security of gates and pool areas.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisors of hazards.
• Adheres to safety policies and completes required safety trainings.
