Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance associate to keep the community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal in top condition. You will support the service team, handle routine fixes, and assist with the make-ready process to ensure units are ready for new residents.

The role requires consistent attention to safety, ability to work outdoors in all weather, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. On-site housing discounts and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong patient-facing service and resident relations.
• Familiarity with safety practices and risk prevention.
• Ability to follow directions and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Comfort with manual tasks and working outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep common areas tidy and curb appeal high.
• Remove trash from units before make-ready and prepare spaces for occupancy.
• Complete assigned service requests and assist the make-ready process.
• Change locks and maintain pool area safety by checking gates and codes.
• Distribute notices to residents and report hazards to supervisors.
• Deliver courteous, responsive service and address resident concerns.
• Attend safety meetings and complete required OSHA training.
