Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the curb appeal of our community and ensure a clean, safe, welcoming environment for residents while delivering excellent customer service.

You will perform daily property walks, manage supplies, assist with seasonal needs, and follow safety standards. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with English proficiency and the ability to work weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of previous Groundskeeper experience preferred.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• General computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of and ability to use grounds tools and equipment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily property walks and maintain curb appeal.
• Remove trash and debris from common areas.
• Assist with seasonal property needs like snow removal and leaf clearance.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Respond to resident needs promptly and professionally.
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards.
