Job summary

Greystar is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to safeguard the community’s grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. You will perform routine service requests, inspect common areas, handle make-ready tasks, and support the Service Supervisor to keep the property in excellent condition.

This role requires a valid driver’s license for golf cart operations, a safety-conscious approach, and responsive communication with residents and team members.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Experience with routine service requests and basic maintenance tasks.
• Ability to communicate with residents and team members effectively.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community to remove litter and debris to keep areas neat and welcoming.
• Assist with make-ready tasks and Turn processes for vacant units.
• Perform minor routine service requests and report hazards to the supervisor.
• Ensure door locks and pool area gates operate safely and per codes.
• Distribute notices to residents and support safety trainings as required.
• Provide courteous, responsive customer service to residents and guests.
• Follow safety policies and participate in regular safety meetings.
