Responsabilidades

• Inspects the community daily to keep common areas neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and cleans storage areas.
• Completes routine service requests and assists the make-ready process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool gates meet codes and safety standards.
• Distributes notices to residents as needed.
• Notifies supervisors of hazards or potentially dangerous situations.
• Demonstrates customer service by answering questions and handling complaints.
• Attends safety meetings and reports accidents promptly.
