Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance associate to uphold grounds, amenities, and curb appeal across the community. You will support the service team, handle turn and make-ready tasks, and ensure safety standards are met.

The role requires physical work, a valid driver’s license for golf-cart operations, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. On-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects.
• Incumbents must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter and ensure neat common areas.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and assist with make-ready processes.
• Complete routine service requests as requested by Supervisor/Community Manager.
• Change all locks per policy and ensure pool gates operate safely.
• Distribute notices and communications to residents as needed.
• Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous resident service and address maintenance questions and concerns.
• Attend required safety trainings and follow OSHA and safety policies.
