Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our grounds team at a multifamily property. The role covers groundskeeping, landscaping, and basic maintenance across buildings and amenities to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

You will handle lawn care, gardening tasks, cleanliness of common areas, and support the maintenance crew with light duties. A strong emphasis on safety and punctuality is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 2+ years of experience in grounds keeping in a multi-family environment.
• 2+ years of experience in landscaping; HVAC/EPA certifications may be required in communities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of the assigned property.
• Keep areas clean around buildings, breezeways, and common spaces.
• Plant and tend flowerbeds, trees, shrubs; mow lawns; fertilize; apply insecticides; pest control equipment usage.
• Clean gutters and perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
• May perform pool maintenance duties; shovel snow; spread salt to prevent ice buildup.
• Assist maintenance team in vacant units or with light work orders and painting.
