Bell Partners Inc. seeks a Maintenance Assistant to keep our community grounds clean and well maintained. You will work under the Maintenance Manager to perform daily upkeep of buildings, grounds, and common areas, ensuring safety and resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes timely repairs, adherence to safety standards, and opportunities for training and career growth within a diverse, inclusive team. A strong work ethic and reliability are essential to our community’s success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of grounds keeping experience in a multi-family environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of the assigned property
• Keep the outside of buildings and surrounding areas clean and well landscaped
• Maintain a uniform landscaped look by picking up debris and tidying common areas
• Plant and tend flowerbeds, trees, and shrubs; trim and mow lawns
• Clean gutters and assist with basic maintenance of tools and equipment
• May perform pool maintenance duties and shovel snow as needed
• Follow safety/OSHA requirements and maintain punctual attendance
