Job summary

Bell Partners is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to keep the community grounds clean and well-maintained. You will work under the Community or Maintenance Manager to ensure the property presents a welcoming exterior and safe outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities include landscaping, debris removal, gutter cleaning, and assisting with light maintenance. A high school diploma and prior grounds keeping experience are preferred, with benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in grounds keeping at multi-family communities preferred.
• Ability to operate and maintain landscape tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of the assigned property.
• Keep outdoor areas and landscaping neat and clean.
• Mow, trim, plant, fertilize, and perform basic landscaping tasks.
• Clean gutters, remove debris, and manage common areas daily.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks and safety procedures.
• Follow OSHA safety requirements and work with the maintenance team.
