Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep community grounds, amenities, and common areas in top condition. You will support the service team, complete routine tasks, and assist with turnover during make-ready processes.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, physical stamina for outdoor work, and adherence to safety policies. Competitive benefits and a flexible schedule accompany this onsite position.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, stand/walk for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep grounds, amenities, and common areas clean and presentable.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and support the make-ready process.
• Complete minor service requests as directed by supervision and assist with turnover.
• Change locks per policy and ensure pool area gates operate safely.
• Distribute notices to residents and communicate important updates.
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Deliver courteous resident service and address maintenance concerns effectively.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA-related requirements.
