Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance-focused team member to keep our community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal in top condition. You will support the service team, perform routine maintenance tasks, and assist with apartment turnover to ensure a high-quality living environment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license for golf cart operation, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather while handling up to 50 pounds when needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to operate golf cart on property.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and crawl; lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect community grounds, amenities and curb appeal daily to keep areas neat and litter-free.
• Assist with make-ready process and turnover of apartments; remove trash and clean storage areas.
• Complete routine service requests and support the Service Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Change locks and ensure pool-area gates function in compliance with safety codes.
• Communicate hazards to supervisors and respond to resident questions with courtesy.
