Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to keep the community grounds and amenities in top condition. The role supports the service team, handles make-ready tasks, and ensures safety and cleanliness across the property.

Responsibilities include inspecting areas, performing minor repairs, and maintaining security measures. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required, with opportunities for bonus programs based on performance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work indoors/outdoors in all weather and travel to other properties occasionally.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community to remove litter and maintain curb appeal across common areas and amenities.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and prepare units for make-ready.
• Complete routine service requests and assist the make-ready process.
• Change locks and ensure pool gates operate per codes and safety standards.
• Distribute notices to residents and communicate with team members.
• Report hazards to supervisors and assist with safety.
• Provide customer service by addressing resident questions and handling complaints.
• Attend safety meetings and complete required OSHA-related training.
