Job summary

Responsibilities include removing litter, preparing vacant apartments, assisting with turn processes, maintaining locks, and upholding OSHA safety practices and resident service excellence.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on property.
• Experience in maintenance or groundskeeping helps but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to keep common areas neat and safe.
• Removes trash and prepares vacant apartments for turn, transferring waste as applicable.
• Completes routine service requests and assists make-ready specialists.
• Changes locks and ensures pool gates operate safely.
• Distributes notices to residents and communicates hazards to supervisors.
• Demonstrates customer service by addressing resident questions and concerns.
• Follows safety policies, attends safety meetings, and reports incidents promptly.
