Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal in top condition and to support the service team in daily tasks. You will perform routine cleaning, trash removal, turnover work for vacants, and respond to resident questions with courtesy, all while following safety policies and company procedures.

This onsite role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with compensation between $17.00 and $19.00 per hour and a strong

Qualifications

• Maintenance and upkeep of apartment community grounds and amenities.
• Customer service and communication with residents.
• Adherence to safety policies and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and maintains community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal.
• Removes litter, cleans common areas, and handles make-ready turnover for vacants.
• Completes routine service requests and supports the service supervisor and community manager.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates operate safely.
• Distributes notices and communicates with residents as needed.
• Reports hazards and safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Responds to resident questions with courteous, respectful service.
• Follows Greystar safety and risk-management policies and attends safety meetings.
