Qualifications

• Valid drivers license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and keeps common areas and amenities neat and litter-free.
• Removes trash and items from vacant apartments before making them-ready; transfers trash to dumpster or storage as applicable; cleans storage areas.
• Completes minor and routine service requests as directed by Service Supervisor or Community Manager; assists the make-ready specialist in the turn process.
• Changes all locks per property policy and ensures pool area gates are functional per codes and safety standards.
• Distributes notices and communications to residents as needed.
• Alerts supervisors to any hazards or potentially dangerous situations for residents, staff, guests, and others.
• Demonstrates customer service by treating residents with respect, answering questions, and addressing maintenance complaints.
• Follows Greystar safety and risk-management policies by attending safety meetings, completing required OSHA training, and reporting accidents promptly.
