Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an on-site Maintenance Associate to maintain the physical community, manage grounds, and support the service team at our Austin properties. The role involves daily rounds, turnover work, and responding to maintenance requests with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction.

Expect routine physical tasks, outdoor work in varied weather, and a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community to remove litter and debris; maintain neat common areas and amenities.
• Clear vacant apartments before make-ready; clean and maintain storage areas.
• Complete routine service requests and assist the make-ready process.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates function per safety codes.
• Distribute notices to residents and inform supervisors of hazards or safety issues.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents and respond to maintenance inquiries.
