Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience preferred: Property Management and Customer Service background to manage grounds operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and debris, ensuring common areas are neat.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and cleans dumpster areas.
• Completes service requests and communicates with residents as needed.
• Reports hazards to supervisor and ensures safety procedures are followed.
